These Terms govern the provision of educational services by VDEKC PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL LITTLE HONEY HAPPY KIDS LTD (HE 425567), Cyprus.
1. Services
The Company provides offline group educational activities for children under the brand “Evrika” at the premises of the kindergarten facility.
2. Contract Formation
A service agreement is concluded in written form between the Company and the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Only parents/legal guardians may enter into contracts.
3. Payments
Payments are made offline via:
- Cash
- Bank card
Fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
4. Parent Responsibilities
Parents agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure child’s attendance
- Respect staff and other participants
- Follow internal rules
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following is prohibited:
- Recording lessons without permission
- Copying educational materials
- Disruptive or aggressive behavior
- Transfer of materials to third parties
6. Intellectual Property
All educational materials are the property of the Company or used under legal rights.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
7. Photos and Media
Photos or videos of children may be taken only with prior parental consent.
8. Liability Limitation
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate services unilaterally in case of:
- Violation of rules
- Non-payment
- Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Teacher illness
- Emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Closure of premises
- Other circumstances beyond control
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
